Our March SemDem of the Month...

Wendy Mize

As our Communications Co-Chair, Wendy participates in a wide range of tasks needed by the SemDems.  These include the weekly (and sometimes Special Edition) Newsletters that are received by approximately 2,302 subscribers; updating, maintaining and troubleshooting the Website www.seminoledemocrats.com ; drafting and disseminating Press Releases and conducting media outreach; and creating and producing other publications for promotions, fund raising, and events.  Her efforts with the SemDems website has made it the most actively updated and timely county-wide political party website in Central Florida, Republicans included. With her witty sense of humor and unique writing style, she livens up the newsletters and website stories; not to mention adds comic relief to our monthly meeting.  She’s married to the very smart and handsome David and is kept busy between her freelance work with her company “Pound Dog Copywriting” while still having time to home school her three adorable girls Leah, Rachel, and Hannah.  Oh, let’s not forget taking care of her loyal best friend…the family dog, Murphy. If you need advice from job searching to your health...she’s the one to go to. Her knowledge of the “Neti pot” has gotten many friends healed quickly from bad sinus infections.

Congrats Wendy…You’re the bomb!
